The aim of this research is to identify the reasons of students drop out from teachers, administrators, and educational supervisors’ point of view and the participant in the training courses at the General Directorate of preparing, training and developing teacher for (2017-2018) school year. The community of the research consist of (360) trainee and the sample of the research consist of (263) trainee. The researcher adopted the descriptive approach and a questionnaire as a tool of the research formed from three fields which includes (30) paragraphs. The study reach to a group of results the first rank is on the side of society the second rank is on school side and the third rank is on the family. The main reasons behind pupil drop out is the poor health of the students and the lack of classroom activities and weak counseling programs. The main reasons behind students drop out are child labor, lack of non-classroom activities, lack of school buildings to the necessary facilities for pupil events. The most important conclusion is giving attention to classroom and non-classroom activities and events, activating school sports and Art Education and preventing child labor underage of puberty activating the law of obligatory of education. The researcher suggests conducting a study to prevent pupil drop out. (Published abstract)
