يهدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي لإكساب مدرسي اللغة العربية تطبيق مبادئ نظرية التعلم المستند إلى الدماغ، تحددت عينة البحث من (30) مدرسا ومدرسةً، وقد اعتمد الباحث التصميم التجريبي شبه المحكم ذي المجموعتين (التجريبية والضابطة)، أما أداة البحث اشتملت على (بطاقة الملاحظة) لقياس كفايات ومهارات التدريس الرئيسة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات المدرسين الذين أخضعوا للبرنامج التدريبي ومتوسط درجات المدرسين الذين لم يخضعوا للبرنامج التدريبي. This research aims to build the training program to provide the Arabic language teachers the strategies of principles brain-based learning theory. In this paper, we have specified a research sample including 30 teachers (Females and Males). The researcher has relied on the experimental design, which has two groups, are experimental and control. The research tool included (Notecard) the test measure development skills of the main teaching. Statistical analysis found the differences results among the average teacher grades who used the training program are distinct from the teachers who did not use this program. (Published abstract)
