هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا واستراتيجيات التعامل معها في كلية العلوم التربوية في الجامعات الأردنية، وقد اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام حزمة العلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، وتم تصميم إستبيان تألف من (40) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد محكمة وتمتعت بنسبة صدق وثبات عالييين، وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (153) طالبا وطالبة من مرحلة الدكتوراه والماجستير من أقسام مختلفة في الكليات، وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة بأنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة المختلفة، كما أظهرت النتائج التي تواجه طلبة الدراسات العليا في ضعف القدرة على المعالجة والتحليل الإحصائي وضعف القدرة على الترجمة باللغة الإنجليزية ومحدودية الموارد المالية وضعف تعاون المشرفين من الأساتذة والإدرايين، كما حددت الدراسة عدد من الاستراتيجيات والحلول المناسبة الممثلة في إيجاد دليل عملي للطلبة وتعاون المشرفين والإداريين وعقد ورشات مشتركة بين الطرفين وتوفير منح جزئية لدعم طلبة الدراسات العليا. The aims of the study is to identify the difficulties faced by students of higher studies and strategies to deal with them in the faculties of educational sciences in Jordanian universities, and the researchers followed the descriptive analytical curriculum using the social sciences package SSPS, and a questionnaire consisting of (40) paragraphs distributed on Four dimensions court edited and enjoyed a high degree of sincerity and stability, and was applied to the research sample of (153) student and Ph.D. and master of different departments in colleges, and the results of the study concluded that there are no significant differences at the level (0.05) attributed to the variables of the different lesson, as It appeared that the most difficult faced by graduate students was the weakness of the ability to process and specialized analysis the status of the ability to translate in English and the limited financial resources and the lack of cooperation of supervisors of professors and administrators, as the study identified a number of scenarios and solutions The occasion is to find a practical guide for students, the cooperation of supervisors and administrators, the holding of joint workshops between the two parties and the provision of partial grants to support graduate students.
