هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة أساتذة المرحلة الاإتدائية لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط وفق مقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات، وإلى الكشف عن مدى الاختلاف في درجة ممارسة أساتذة المرحلة الإبتدائية لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط وفق مقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات باختلاف متغير الخبرة. أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (117) أستاذاً من أساتذة المرحلة الاإتدائية بمدينة أم البواقي. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة أساتذة المرحلة الاإتدائية لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط وفق مقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات جاءت بدرجة عالية، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق في درجة ممارسة أساتذة المرحلة الإبتدائية لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط وفق مقاربة التدريس بالكفاءات تبعا لمتغير الخبرة. This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice of the teachers of the primary stage of active learning strategies according to the competency-based approach, and to reveal the extent of the difference in the degree of practicing the teachers of the primary stage of active learning strategies according to the approach of teaching competencies according to experience. The study was conducted on a sample of (117) The results showed that the degree of practice of the teachers of the primary stage of active learning strategies according to the approach of teaching competencies came to a high degree, there is a difference in the degree of practice of primary stage teachers of the strategies of education active approach in accordance with the teaching competencies according to the experience variable.
