يشكل الدافع بجميع أنواعه (السلوكية، والإنجاز، والمعرفي، والمهني) القوة المحفزة لإنجاز مهمة في الاتجاه الذي تم تعيينه به بطريقة يمكن ملاحظة تأثيرها على النتائج بوضوح.يحاول البحث الحالي تسليط الضوء على الدافعية لدى المرشدين التربويين في محافظة البصرة للعام الدراسي 2018-2019. بعد التحقق من صلاحية الأداة، تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث النهائية التي تضمنت (200) مرشًا تعليميا من الذكور والإناث في مديرية محافظة البصرة. واستخدم اختبار T لعينة ومجتمع، وللعينات المنفصلة مع معامل Pearson كأدوات إحصائية لتحقيق أهداف البحث. Motivation in all its types (behavioural, achievement, cognitive, and professional) constitutes the stimulating power to accomplish a task in the direction it is assigned in a way that its influence on results can be clearly noticed. To achieve the research aims the researcher has constructed both research tools; a scale of professional motivation (after Hinesburg's model) and a scale of professional Formation structure (after Super's model) and has checked their psychometric characteristics including validity, reliability, and discrimination. After checking validity of the two tools (scales), they were applied to the final research sample which included (200) male and female educational guides in the directorate of Basrah governorate. And a T-test for a sample and community, and for separate samples were used together with Pearson coefficient as statistical tools to achieve research aims. In light of statistical analysis, results show that there are statistically significant differences in professional motivation and professional Formation structure among the research sample in general and in terms of the research variables in particular. The research ends up with a number of suggestions and recommendations based on the research results and variables. (Published abstract)
