هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين التفكير المركب والأسلوب المعرفي (تحمل /عدم تحمل الغموض) لدى مدرسي ومدرسات المرحلة الإعدادية وللعام الدراسي (2018/2019) ومعرفة مستوى التفكير المركب وأسلوب (تحمل /عدم تحمل الغموض)، وأيضا مدى تأثير كل من (الجنس وسنوات الخدمة) في هذين المتغيرين. تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية بنسبة (3.38%) من مجتمع البحث الحالي البالغ (3131) مدرسا ومدرسة، وقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (120)، تم استخدام أداتين: مقياس التفكير المركب (50) فقرة ومقياس (تحمل /عدم تحمل الغموض) (44) فقرة وكلاهما خماسي البدائل: وتم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما، وأظهرت النتائج: وجود علاقة أيجابية بين المتغيرين وأن افراد العينة يتصفون بمستويات معينة من هذين المتغيرين. وأن وهناك فروق دالة أحصائيا في التفكير المركب والقدرة على (تحمل الغموض) ولصالح الذكور وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا حسب الخدمة في التفكير المركب ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لصالح فئة الأكثر خدمة على (تحمل الغموض)، وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات. The aim of rearsech to definition the relationship between complex thinking and the Cognitive style torlerance-Untorlernce Of secondary school teachers for year 2018-2019 that Measuring the degree of complex thinking and Cognitive style torlerance-Untorlernce in the research sample that this study aims at: Knowing if there are statistically significant differences between complex thinking and Cognitive style torlerance-Untorlernce in the research sample. To the following variables sex (males and females) and service years. The final research sample have been selected randomly it included (120) Teachers from (Basrah) %3.83 percentage from total (3131) Teachers. The Complex thinking scale consists of 50 items: while The Cognitive style torlerance -Untorlernce scale consists of 44 items using R eliability and Validity The study has arrived the following results there were the relationship between both (complex thinking and torlerance - Untorlernce. There for the sample of the study both variables in are statistically significant differences in sex and service years with many of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
