The current study aims at investigating the relationship between values and achievement motivation among secondary school students at Al-Baha city, the researchers used the descriptive approach, where the sample consisted of (327) students was selected from the study population randomly from high school students in the middle sector at Al-Baha city, the researchers have developed a questionnaire for values, and used achievement motivation scale, verified their validity and reliability on a pilot- sample before applied to basic sample study. Results of the study assert a high degree of values, and the most prominent were cooperation and responsibility, then the aesthetic value, self-confidence, tolerance, while the level achievement motivation among high school students was average. Furthermore, the results also denote that there were positive correlation and statistically significant between achievement motivation and values, the current study ended up with a set of recommendations and suggestions for future research, as creating and configure the school environment to play its role in motivating high school students to higher academic achievement rates.
