This research aims to identify the relationship between the self-confidence and communication skills of students' counselors, and the differences in the self-confidence of the student counselors according to the variables (specialization - experience - phase), in addition to differences in communication skills of the students' counselors according to the variables (specialization - experience - phase) at holy Makkah schools. The researcher used the descriptive method to achieve the research’s goals. The study sample consisted of (120) students' counselors who represents all levels of education. The researcher used self-confidence scale which prepared by Qwasemah and Alfarah (1996) and short scale from communication skills scale, prepared by Mohsen (1993). The results of this research are as following: there is statistically positive significance correlation relationship between the self-confidence and communication skills and their dimensions. In addition, there is statistically significance positive significance correlation between the two dimensions (all the communication skills) and self-confidences as a whole degree furthermore, the result of this study shows that there are statistically differences in the two variables (the self-confidence and communication skills) among the sample according to two variables (the specialist and the experience for the specialist people and the more experience, and there is no statistically differences for the two variables (the self-confidence and communication skills) among the sample according to the education variable. The researcher recommends preparing training programs for developing communication skills to enhance the self-confidence for students' counselors which may reflect positively on the professional career for students' counselors.
