هدفت الدراسة تعرف واقع تطبيق معايير الاعتماد البرامجي بأقسام كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى والصعوبات التي تواجهه من وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وتكوَّنَ مُجتمَع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات الأكاديمية في كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى للعام الدراسي 1433/1434هـ، والبالغ عددهم (302) عضواً وقيادياً، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والقيادات الأكاديمية في كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى للعام الدراسي 1433/1434هـ، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة توفر معيار رسالة القسم وأهدافه من معايير تطبيق الاعتماد البرامجي بأقسام كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى من وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت متوسطة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن العبارات التي تمثل درجة الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق الاعتماد البرامجي في كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى من وجهة نظر القيادات الإدارية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت عالية، وقد كانت جميع العبارات التي تعبر عن الصعوبات التي تتناول تطبيق الاعتماد البرامجي في كلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى درجتها عالية. The purpose of the current study was to identify the status-quo of applying the program accreditation criteria at the Faculty of Education departments at Umm Al-Qura University and the difficulties encountered from the viewpoints of the administrative leaders and the faculty staff members. The descriptive method was adopted making use of the survey technique and the study utilized a questionnaire for collecting the target data. The study population were all the faculty staff members and the academic leaders at the Faculty of Education, Umm Al-Qura University during the academic year 1433/1434 A.H. totaling (302). The study participants were (150) faculty staff members and academic leaders at the Faculty of Education, Umm Al-Qura University during the academic year 1433/1434 A.H. The results of the study indicated that the availability of the mission and aims criteria of the department as essential criteria for applying the program accreditation at the departments of the Faculty of Education, Umm Al Qura University from the viewpoints of the administrative leaders and the faculty staff members was average. The results of the study also indicated that the items representing the degree of difficulties facing the application of the program accreditation at the Faculty of Education, Umm Al-Qura University from the viewpoints of administrative leaders and the faculty staff members showed that such difficulties were considerable. Finally, all the responses reflecting the degree of difficulties facing the application of the program accreditation at the Faculty of Education, Umm Al-Qura University were high. (Published abstract)
