هدفت الدراسة إلى اقتراح تصور مقترح لتقويم الاختبارات التي يعدها أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة، بلغت عينة الدراسة (380) عضو هيئة تدريس, تكونت قائمة الشروط من (76) شرط موزعة على أربعة مجالات، تم التحقق من ملاءمة قائمة الشروط بحساب معاملات الارتباط بين الأداء على الشرط والأداء على القائمة ككل، أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة لجميع شروط بناء الاختبارات جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وهذا دليل على أهمية التصور المقترح في تنمية درجة تطبيق أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة لشروط بناء الاختبارات. The study aimed to suggest a conception to evaluate the tests prepared by the faculty members at Mutah University, the study sample was consisted (380) faculty member, A condition list consisting of (76) conditions divided into four fields, The a condition list was verified by calculating the correlation coefficients between performance on the condition and performance on the overall conditions, The results showed that the application teaching staff at Mutah University to all constructing tests conditions was medium. And this is evidence on the importance of the suggested concept in developing the application of the faculty members at Mutah University for building tests conditions. (Published abstract)
