تعد كليات التربية بأدوارها المتنوعة ومهامها العديدة حجر الأساس في تطوير التعليم بكافة مراحله؛ لذا فإن التكوين الجيد للمعلم يسهم بشكل مباشر في تطوير التعليم ما قبل الجامعي، والذي تعد مخرجاته مدخلات التعليم العالي كله؛ وهذا يتطلب ويستلزم من كليات التربية ضرورة تطوير أهدافها ونظمها التعليمية والممارسات التقليدية بها في وقت يمر فيه المجتمع المصري بمتغيرات تتطلب إعادة النظر في كل شيء. وتعد دراسة المشكلات التي تواجه طلاب كليات التربية أحد الموضوعات الرئيسة المرتبطة بالكفاءة الداخلية لهذه الكليات وبجودتها واعتمادها، وعليه فقد كان الهدف الأساسي من البحث الحالي هو الكشف عن المشكلات التي يعاني منها طلاب كليات التربية بسوهاج من خلال تحليل يومياتهم، مع تقديم تصور مقترح لمواجهة وعلاج المشكلات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة. واعتمدت الباحثة في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما استخدمت أسلوب تحليل المضمون. وتكونت عينة البحث من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة والرابعة بكلية التربية - جامعة سوهاج ، للعام الجامعي (2017-2018م)، وقد بلغ إجمالي عددهم (230) طالباً وطالبةً، بنسبة (10.98%) من إجمالي المجتمع الأصل. وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود عدة مشكلات يعاني منها طلاب كليات التربية عينة البحث تندرج تحت: المشكلات الاقتصادية، والمشكلات الاجتماعية، والمشكلات التعليمية ، والمشكلات الإدارية، والمشكلات العامة. وعلى ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج البحث في جانبه النظري والتحليلي والميداني، وعلى ضوء ما أسفرت عنه نتائج الدراسة التحليلية من مشكلات يعاني منها طلاب كليات التربية عينة البحث، قدَّمت الباحثة تصوراً مقترحاً، يمكن أن يسهم في علاج بعض هذه المشكلات التي تؤثر على مستوى تحصيل الطلاب وعلى مستوى كفاءتهم، حدَّدت له فلسفةً ومنطلقاتٍ، وأهداف، ومحاور، وآلياتٍ وتوصياتٍ لتحقيق هذا التصور. The faculties of education, with their various roles and responsibilities, are the cornerstone of education development in the different stages. Thus, the good teacher preparation directly affects the development of pre-university education because its outputs are the inputs of higher education. These faculties should develop their objectives, educational systems, and traditional practices because the Egyptian society encounters changes that require reconsidering everything. Investigating the problems of the faculties of education' students is a major issue in relation to the faculties' internal efficiency, quality, and accreditation. Therefore, the present study mainly aims to investigate the problems of the Faculty of Education' students in Sohag by analyzing their diaries and making a proposal to overcome and address these problems. The study utilized the analytical descriptive and content analysis approaches. It covered a sample of the students of the third and fourth years at the Faculty of Education in Sohag in the academic year 2017/2018 numbered (230) about (10.98% of the population). Results showed that the participants encountered many problems, namely economic, social, educational, administrative, and general problems. Based on the results of the theoretical and analytical studies, the study made a proposal to overcome the problems that may affect their achievement and efficiency. It consists of the philosophy, bases, objectives, domains, and mechanisms of achieving the proposal. (Published abstract)
