هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى نسبة شيوع التفاؤل والتشاؤم لدى فئة المتعلمين بمدينة سعيدة؛ طبقت الدراسة على333 متعلمًا؛ ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي؛ وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن انتشار التفاؤل والتشاؤم؛ وعدم وجود فروق في التفاؤل والتشاؤم تعزى للجنس (ذكور –إناث)؛ ووجود فروق بين العينات تعزى لمتغير التخصص. The current study at identifying rate of optimism and pessimism among the category of educated people Saida City. The sample of the study consisted of 333 male and female students in city the Saida. For achieving the purposes of the study, the researcher attempted the descriptive analytical approach. The study results were optimism and pessimism. There were no statistically significant differences in optimism and pessimism due to gender (male- female), the existence of differences variable school level. (Published abstract)
