يتناول البحث واقع ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بكلية التربية جامعة الزاوية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية نحو الطلبة، والجامعة، والمجتمع. ثم يسعى للكشف عن الفروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعض المتغيرات (النوع، العمر، الدرجة العلمية) وواقع ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي. وتكونت عينة البحث من (100) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأستخدم الاستبيان كأداة جمع البيانات من عينة البحث. وأشارت نتائج البحث وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة البحث بحسب متغيرات (النوع، العمر، الدرجة العلمية) وواقع ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. The study deals with the reality of the practice of social responsibility among faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Al-Zawia University, by identifying the reality of the social responsibility of faculty members towards students, university and society. And then seeks to detect the differences of statistical significance between some variables (type, age, degree) and the reality of the exercise of social responsibility among members of the university faculty. The research sample consisted of (100) members of the teaching staff. The analytical descriptive method was followed, and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool from the research sample. The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of the individuals in the research sample according to the variables (gender, age, degree) and the reality of practicing social responsibility among the faculty members.
