هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى كشف دور مفتش التربية في تفعيل الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم من خلال آراء المدرسين .وقد افترض الباحث وجود دور إيجابي للمفتش في تحسين أداء المعلمين من خلال دوره في عملية التحضير والتخطيط للدروس، وكذلك دوره الإيجابي في تنفيذها وكذلك دوره في التحصيل الدراسي للتلاميذ. وللتحقق من صحة هذا الافتراض قام الباحث بدراسة ميدانية استخدم فيها المقياس كوسيلة لجمع البيانات لعينة عشوائية مكونة من 60 مدرسا ومدرسة بالتعليم الابتدائي بولاية المسيلة كما تم استخدام النسب المئوية و (كا2) للمعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المعلمين يتفقون على أن للمشرف التربوي دور إيجابي في عملية تحضير الدروس وكذلك عملية تنفيذها داخل القسم من طرف المعلم حيث كانت الفروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) بين إجابات أفراد العينة لصالح المؤيدين لهذا الرأي غير أنهم لا يتفقون على أن للمشرف دور إيجابي في النتائج الدراسية للتلاميذ. The researcher assumed a positive role for the inspector in improving the performance of teachers through his role in the preparation and planning of lessons, as well as his positive role in their implementation, as well as his role in the achievement of students. To verify this hypothesis, the researcher conducted a field study in which the questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data for a random sample of 60 teachers and primary schools in the state of Msila. The study found that the teachers agree that the educational supervisor has a positive role in the preparation of the lessons as well as the process of implementation within the department by the supervisor, where the differences were statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) among the responses of the sample in favor of supporters of this opinion, but they do not agree that The supervisor has a positive role in the students' academic results.
