هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية استخدام المدونة التعليمية في تنمية مهارات الإنترنت لدي طلاب الصف الثالث الإعدادي لمادة الحاسب الآلي وتكونت عينة البحث من 60 طالباً من طلاب الصف الثالث الإعدادي بمدرسة الجامعة الإسلامية الإعدادية التابعة لإدارة الزيتون التعليمية واستخدمت الباحثة منهج شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعة التجريبية، الضابطة "قبلي - بعدي". وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار تحصيلي للجوانب المعرفية وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الأداء المهارى وتم إعداد مواد وأدوات الدراسة، وصلت نتائج البحث إلى يوجد فرق ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (< 0.05) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب أفراد العينة في الاختبار التحصيلي للجوانب المعرفية وبطاقة الملاحظة لقياس الأداء المهارى بين التطبيق البعدي خالية من إثر التطبيق القبلي لصالح البعدي. توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين نتيجة الاختبار التحصيلي للجوانب المعرفية وبين نتائج بطاقة الملاحظة خالية من إثر التطبيق القبلي لصالح البعدي. This research aimed at the effectiveness of the use of the educational blog in developing Internet skills for students of the third year of middle school for computers. The research sample consisted of 60 students from the third year of middle school at the Islamic University Preparatory School affiliated to the Zeitoun Educational Administration. The researcher used a semi-experimental approach with an experimental group, the control. Before me - after me. The study tools consisted of an achievement test for the cognitive aspects and a note card for measuring skill performance. The study materials and tools were prepared. The results of the research reached that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (<0.05) between the average scores of students in the sample individuals in the achievement test of cognitive aspects and the note card to measure the skill performance Among the post-application is free from the effect of the tribal application in favor of Al-Baadi. There is a positive correlation between the result of the achievement test of the cognitive aspects and the results of the note card free from the effect of pre-application in favor of Al-Baadi.
