یهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحلیل واقع الدیمقراطیة الرقمیة بجامعة بني سویف من خلال الكشف عن نقاط القوة والضعف، والفرص والتهدیدات، بالإضافة إلى وضع استراتیجیة تربویة لتعزیز الدیمقراطیة الرقمیة بالجامعة. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لوصف وتحلیل وتفسیر والتنبؤ بسبل تعزیز الدیمقراطیة الرقمیة بالجامعة، وخصوصاً أسلوب التحلیل الرباعي (SWOT)، لتحلیل البیئة الداخلیة والخارجیة للدیمقراطیة الرقمیة بجامعة بني سویف. كما تم تطبیق إستبانة لتحلیل الوضع الراهن للدیمقراطیة الرقمیة بجامعة بني سویف، علی عینة قوامها (480) طالباً من كلیات (التربیة، والتجارة، والعلوم، والإعلام، والحاسبات والمعلومات). وتوصل البحث الى مجموعة من نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهدیدات بالجامعة، والتی تم في ضوئها صیاغة الأهداف الاستراتیجیة للجامعة ووضع الخطة الاستراتیجیة لتعزیز الدیمقراطیة الرقمیة بجامعة بني سویف. The current research aims to analyze the reality of the digital democracy in Beni- Suef University through detecting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats plus drawing an educational strategy; for enhancing the digital democracy in Beni- Suef University. The current research depended on the descriptive approach for describing, analyzing, interpreting as well as predicting all ways of enhancing the digital democracy in Beni- Suef university, especially SWOT analysis for analyzing the internal and external environment of the digital democracy in Beni- Suef University. Furthermore, a questionnaire for analyzing the status quo of the digital democracy in Beni- Suef university was administered to a sample community comprised of (480) male and females students in the following faculties: Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Media as well as faculty of computer and information science. The research came to a number of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in Beni- Suef University; through which the research formulated the strategic objectives of Beni- Suef University and drew the strategic plan; for enhancing the digital democracy in Beni –Suef university.
