هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأطر الفكرية لتدويل برامج التعليم المستمر بالجامعات، وتحليل طبيعة الريادة في المؤسسات الجامعية، ومن ثم اقتراح بدائل لتدويل برامج التعليم المستمر بالجامعات المصرية لتحقيق الريادة الجامعية، ولتحقيق ذلك فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم اقتراح ثلاثة بدائل لتدويل برامج التعليم المستمر بالجامعات من أجل تحقيق الريادة الجامعية، فلقد تمثل البديل الأول في تطبيق فكرة التوأمة في برامج التعليم المستمر بالجامعات، وقد تمثل البديل الثاني في إنشاء جامعات أو مراكز افتراضية بالجامعات المصرية، والبديل الثالث تمثل في تطبيق برامج كراسي اليونسكو ببرامج التعليم المستمر بالجامعات. The study aimed at identifying the intellectual frameworks for the internationalization of continuing education programs in universities, analyzing the nature of Entrepreneurship in University institutions, and then proposing alternatives to internationalization of continuing education programs in Egyptian universities as an approach to entrepreneurship university. To achieve this, the study relied on descriptive analytical approach. Three alternatives have been proposed for the internationalization of continuing education programs at universities in order to achieve university leadership continuing education programs in universities to achieve Entrepreneurial University; have been the first alternative in applying the idea of twinning to programs of continuing education in universities. The second alternative was the establishment of virtual universities or centers in Egyptian universities, and the third alternative was the implementation of the programs of the UNESCO Chairs in continuing education programs in universities.
