هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن الاحتياجات التدريبية لأمناء وأمينات المكتبات في مجال خدمة المستفيدين ذوي الإعاقات بمنطقة مكة المكرمة وذلك في الجوانب التالية (التربوي - خدمات المعلومات - التقني)، التعرف على إذا ما كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تقدير الاحتياجات التدريبية لأمناء وأمينات المكتبات في مجال خدمة المستفيدين ذوي الإعاقات تعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس والمؤهل العلمي و التخصص وسنوات الخبرة والحصول على دورات تدريبية في مجال التعامل مع المعوقين)، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أمناء وأمينات مكتبات مراكز رعاية المعوقين التابعة لوزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، ومكتبات معاهد المعوقين والمدارس التي تضم برامج التربية الخاصة التابعتان لوزارة التربية والتعليم، بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، والبالغ عددهم ثلاثة وخمسون أمين وأمينة مكتبة، وكانت الاستبانة أداةً لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة، وتم تحليلها عبر الطرق الإحصائية المتبعة، وكان من أبرز نتائج الدراسة: أن مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية التربوية لأمناء وأمينات المكتبات في مجال خدمة المستفيدين ذوي الإعاقات بمنطقة مكة المكرمة كان بدرجة عالية، أن مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية المتعلقة بخدمات المعلومات لأمناء وأمينات المكتبات في مجال خدمة المستفيدين ذوي الإعاقات بمنطقة مكة المكرمة كان بدرجة عالية، أن مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية المتعلقة بالتقنية لأمناء وأمينات المكتباتفي مجال خدمة المستفيدين ذوي الإعاقات بمنطقة مكة المكرمة كان بدرجة عالية جداً. The aims of the study: Discovering the demanded training needs for the libraries’ keepers in the field of serving the disabled users in Makkah according to these aspects (educational - information services - technical (Recognizing if there are statistical differences in defining the training needs necessary for the libraries` keepers in the field of serving the disabled users which are related to (gender - qualifications - field of study - years of experience - training courses in the field of dealing with the disabled ). Methodology: The surveying descriptive method, has been use and the category of the study consists of all of the libraries’ keepers, the disabled care centers related to the ministry of the social affairs, the libraries of the disabled colleges and the schools which include the programs of the special education related to the ministry of education in ‎ Makkah with their numbers (153) keepers. Moreover, the researcher adopts the questionnaire as a tool to gather information related to the study, and then analyzing it according to the followed statistical methods. Results: The results show that the level of the educational training needs for the libraries’ keepers in the field of serving the disabled in ‎ Makkah was very high. The results show that the level of the training needs in the aspect of the information services for the libraries’ keepers in the field of serving the disabled in ‎ Makkah was very high. The results show that the level of technical training needs for the libraries’ keepers in the field of serving the disabled in ‎Makkah ‎was very high. (Published abstract)
