استهدفت الدراسة وضع آليات مقترحة لدعم مجتمعات الممارسة لتنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي بالمدارس الابتدائية بمصر والتعرف على الأبعاد الفلسفية لمجتمعات الممارسة ورأس المال الاجتماعي، وعلاقتهم ببعض، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت الدراسة استبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (122) معلما بالمدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة بني سويف والتي انضمت لبرنامج "المعلمون أولا" في المرحلة الأولى لتطبيقه بالمحافظة عام 2017م، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الاليات لتدعيم مجتمعات الممارسة لتنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي بالمدارس الابتدائية بمصر كآليات مرتبطة بالمجتمع ممثلاً في وزارة التربية والتعليم وكليات التربية ومؤسسات المجتمع تضمنت تشكيل فريق من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم للقيام بالمراجعة الخارجية بالاشتراك مع أساتذة كليات التربية لتقييم مدى نجاح مجتمعات الممارسة، ونشر ثقافة مجتمع الممارسة بين طلاب كليات التربية، وآليات مرتبطة بمديريات التربية والتعليم وتضمنت تشجيع العاملين بالمدارس للاشتراك في تلك المجتمعات، وعقد دورات تدريبية لتنمية المهارات القيادية التي تحتاجها هذه المجتمعات. وآليات مرتبطة بالمدارس سواء إدارة المدرسة، أو وحدات التدريب والجودة بالمدارس، أو منسقي برنامج "المعلمون أولاً" وتضمنت تعزيز العمل الجماعي، ونشر قيم التضامن والتعاون المتبادل، والتخفيف من الأعباء الإدارية والمهنية على المعلمين، وتوفير البيئة المادية والمعنوية التي تساعد المعلمين على إنجاز مهامهم، ووضع رؤية وقيم مشتركة لدى أفراد مجتمع الممارسة. The study aimed at suggesting mechanisms to support communities of practice for developing social capital in primary schools in Egypt and identifying the philosophical dimensions of the communities of practice, social capital, and their relation with each other. The study used the descriptive method. The study used a questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (122) teachers in primary schools in Beni-Suef governorate, which joined the "Teachers First" program in the first phase of its implementation in 2017. The study reached a set of mechanisms to strengthen the communities of practice to develop social capital in primary schools in Egypt. These mechanisms are related to the community (The Ministry of Education, the Faculty of Education, and Community Institutions), Directorates of Education, and schools (the school administration, training and quality units, and coordinators of "Teachers first" program). The mechanisms related to the community included forming a team by the Ministry of Education to and teachers of the Faculties of Education to evaluate the communities of practice, and spread their culture among students of these faculties. The mechanisms related to the Directorates of Education included training courses to develop the leadership skills needed by these communities. The mechanisms related to the school included promotion of teamwork, dissemination of values ​​of the solidarity and mutual cooperation, reduce the administrative and professional burdens on teachers, provide the physical and moral environment that help teachers to accomplish their tasks, and develop common vision and values ​​among of the communities of practice members.
