Arab Educational Information Network

A field study aimed at the degree of organization confidence in the colleges of education the University of Baghdad. The researcher used descriptive analytical method, and the research population. Consists of (339) Administrators, and a random sample was selected represent (66.076%) of the research population which consisted of (224) individuals. And built questionnaire included (60) items distributed between the fields of study, and confirmed the validity and reliability. The data has been analyzed the data by using the (SPSS) program. The researcher applied the questionnaire in the first semester of the academic year 2014-2015. The results were analyzed and discussed according to the fields of study, a confidence college regulations and leadership, relationships, and attention to workers, and interest in the work and productivity, and empowerment of the workers.
