Primary education services are one the most important services as they prepare and raise a conscious and educated generation that can be relied upon in the future in building and progressing the country. In this context, the study aims to know the reality of primary education services in Al Abbara township area of 2019, and the adequacy and proportionate to the size of the population of the township. The reality of primary education services in the study area was highlighted in term of the number of school buildings, school divisions, the number of teaching staff as well as the number of pupils. The researcher assessed the adequacy of this service based on the local standards set by the ministry of planning and related to educational services. After evaluating and analyzing the researcher reached several conclusions and in the light of the development of several recommendation of that he hopes to be taken by the relevant authorities to serve the population of the region and the educational process in them and in our dear country.
