This research studied preparatory education service for females and males each separately in Baqubah city for the year 2016/2017 and aims to study spatial variation for the elements of preparatory education service concerning (population, schools, students, classrooms, teachers, and areas) and indicators of quantitative preparatory education service adequacy in areas of Baqubah city concerning (number of employed population/ schools, student/schools, student/classroom, student/teachers, and student share of area). In the light of Iraqi planning standards relied by specialized authorities. Also, the researcher presented a relative comparison in this field. For distributing the elements of this service among the areas of the city. The researcher concluded some important results that there is failure in spatial distribution of the elements of this service among areas of the city and also the achieved indicators for this service in general has not achieved the relied planned standards.
