هدف البحث الحالي لتحديد دور شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في دعم العملية التعليمية من خلال عرض لواقع توظيفها لدى طالبات الدبلوم التربوي جامعة الطائف، حيث أن شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لاقت رواجاً ونجاحاً باهراً بين أفراد المجتمع في الآونة الاخيرة وامتدت  إلى ربط العلاقات الانسانية بين أقطار العالم وقاراته وبلدانه، فمن خلالها غدت الكرة الأرضية قرية صغيرة يمكنك التجوال في ثناياها بكل سهولة ويسر . مما دعا الباحثة لمشكلة البحث الحالي والتي تجلت وضوحا من خلال اتجاه عدد من دول العالم للاعتماد على شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي واعتبارها ضمن وسائل العملية التعليمية الفعالة والتي اثبتت نجاحا باهرا، فلم يعد دور شبكات التّواصل الاجتماعي قاصراً على التّواصل مع الأصدقاء وتبادل النّقاشات الاجتماعية والسّياسية فحسب، بل أن دورها تجاوز ذلك بكثير حيث بدأت شركات عديدة في استغلال هذه المواقع للتّرويج لمنتجاتها وللتواصل مع الجمهور المستهدف، كما استخدمتها الحكومات كذلك لنشر البيانات والمعلومات وتلقي الآراء والتّعليقات من قِبل أفراد المجتمع ، ودعت العديد من الدراسات والبحوث لتوظيفها في العملية التعليمية وقياس اثر ذلك وفعاليته . واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عرض واقع توظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى عينة البحث المستهدفة واستخدمت المنهج التجريبي في تطبيق استراتيجية التفاعل الإلكتروني من خلال توظيف ادوات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي المتاحة على نظام ادارة التعلم الإلكتروني بتقسيم الطالبات الى مجموعات اثناء تقديم تكليفاتهم والتي تتطلب المناقشة داخل القاعات الدراسية . وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة لتحديد واقع التوظيف والتطبيق التجريبي لأدوات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي المتاحة على نظام ادارة التعلم والتي قدمت مواد المعالجة بالبحث ودورهم في  دعم العملية التعليمية وتفعيلها . ومن بين نتائج البحث عرض واقع استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي لدى عينة البحث المستهدفة وكذلك ايضاح فعالية توظيف ادوات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على نظام ادارة التعلم الإلكتروني في دعم العملية التعليمية باعتبارهم ضمن أقوى التقنيات المتاحة من وسائل الجيل الثاني في التعلم الالكتروني . كما عرضت النتائج اثر استخدام ادوات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تطور تعلم الطالبات على الرغم من وجود بعض المعوقات في نشر ثقافة توظيف شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي بمفهومها العام في العملية التعليمية بسبب الاختلافات الثقافية والاجتماعية  الا ان الباحثة  وجدت اتفاق  بين أراء طالبات الدبلوم التربوي جامعة الطائف على ان شبكات التّواصل تسهم في خلق بيئة تعليمية شفافة وتفاعلية يكون فيها المتعلم مشاركات، وليس مجرّد متلقِّ سلبي لمعلوماتٍ كما ساعدت في حل مشكلة افتقاد التعليم الإلكتروني للجانب الإنساني ، فقد اضافت من خلال مشاركة وتفاعل المتعلمين مما ساعد على زيادة الرغبة في التعلم. The research aimed to determine current role of social networks in supporting educational process through presentation of employment reality among female students in Educational Diploma Taif University, where social networks met with popular and huge success among community members recently extended to link humanitarian relations between countries of the world , continents and countries, it is through globe has become a small village you can roam within them with ease. Prompting a researcher to current research problem which manifested itself visible through direction of a number of countries in the world to rely on social networks and mind within the means of effective educational process, which has proved a resounding success, is no longer role of social networks is limited to communicate with friends and exchange of social and political debates, but that role much beyond that as many companies have begun to exploit these sites to promote their products and to connect with target audience, as governments used them as well as for data dissemination , information and to receive views and comments by members of the community, and invited many of studies and research to employ them in educational process to measure its impact and effectiveness The researcher used descriptive and analytical approach in presentation of employment reality of social networks among a sample search target and used experimental method in application of electronic interaction strategy by employing social networks available on e-learning management system to divide female students into groups while presenting their assignments, which require discussion in classroom. The research tools are a questionnaire to determine reality of employment and application tools of social networking available on electronic learning management system and their role in educational process and activate support Among research results declaring reality of social networks use among research sample as well as to clarify effectiveness of employing social networking tools on e-learning management system in educational process which is supported as part of the most powerful techniques available means of e-learning second generation. In addition results presented the effect of using social networking tools in students’ learning development in spite of existence of some obstacles in spreading culture of employing social networking concept generally and in educational process because of cultural and social differences, but the researcher found agreement among students female views about networks communication because they contribute to create a transparent and interactive where learner Replies learning environment, not just a passive recipient of information and helped solve problem of lack of e-learning to humanitarian aspect, through learners participation and interaction, which helped to increase desire to learn.
