The educational evaluation is no longer limited to measuring the cognitive aspects of the learner that are interested in what the learner has stored only in his mind. The critic will listen and accept the other opinion and then increase the engagement in learning, within an electronic learning environment Therefore, the current research aims to know the impact of electronic learning environments based on peer evaluation methods (summative / formative) and feedback pattern (between peer / teacher) on the development of critical thinking skills and engage in learning among students of education technology (computer teacher) in the training course Learning was applied to four groups using a peer-based e-learning environment (summative / formative) and feedback (between peer / teacher), critical thinking test, and a measure of engagement in learning were applied to students.
