The bibliometrics study is one of the important statistical studies which use for studying the constructive characteristics of the intellectual product to any object. The paper aims to study the Journal of Diyala for the Human Scientific (bibliometrics study) to identify the constructive characteristics of the intellectual product which is published in Diyala Journal. The study focuses on the most scientific active researchers in the journal and their tendency toward the individual or mutual writing, and their commitment extent with the bibliographic sign to prepare the researches. The most important results are the published researches are (977) researches in (44) issues during the search period, the tendency of the researchers toward the individual writing, the researchers are weak to commit in the rules to record the tradition, electronic, and bibliographic resources of the journal, and the oscillation in publishing of the journal of each year.
