This study aims to identify the role that secondary school headmasters play in facing the crises in their schools in terms of their administrative tasks. To achieve the goals of this study, the sample consists of (56) male and female headmasters. An analytic and descriptive approach is adopted in this study for matching the subject matter of this study and its aim .the researcher found that the secondary school headmasters play a considerable role in encountering the crisis in their schools by following modern methods in dealing with these crises. One of the recommendations of this study is to establish a certain unit specialized in problem-management in directorates of education. This unit is to manage and solve problems which happen in schools and it provides solutions and suggestions to resolve any crisis or problem. (Published abstract)
