The objective of this study is to identify the extent to which educational cadres are compatible with the children of autism in universal criteria's of quality control in taif. The study population consists of all the teachers of the governmental and private centers for autistic children in taif city. The researcher chose a random sample of strata. The researcher has built a questionnaire on the compatibility of educational staff working with autistic children to universal criteria's control. The results of the study indicated the following: the arithmetical averages of the responses of the teachers of the sample of the study on the subjects of the first field (quality requirements in education) were (intermediate). And the average for the second field (follow-up and development of educational learning process), while the averages of the responses of the teachers of the sample of the study on the paragraphs of the third area (development of the workforce) over a (large). And the mean averages of the responses of the teachers of the sample of the study on the fourth area (decision making and community service) over the degree (medium). The fifth area was the arithmetical averages of the responses of the teachers of the study sample. There are apparent differences between the arithmetical averages of teacher and teacher grades, and this difference for the benefit of teachers, for all fields, and for the questionnaire as a whole. There are apparent differences between the averages of the scores of the members of the study sample of teachers according to the variable of specialization, and this difference in favor of teachers with a specialization (scientific), for all areas, and for the questionnaire as a whole. - there is no difference in the responses of the sample members of the sample to the questionnaire due to the variable of the scientific qualification. There are no differences between the averages of the scores of the sample members of the study sample of teachers according to the variable years of experience for the questionnaire as a whole and for all fields, except for the second field, where the superiority of teachers with more than 10 years experience in this field.
