The present study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of using of (think – pair – share) strategy in teaching geography for developing some of the creative thinking skills and tendency towards geography among secondary school, the study sample consisted of (70) students among the secondary school students. The study tools were a test to measure some of creative thinking skills and scale to measure tendency towards geography among the first secondary students. The study findings and results showed that: there was a statistically significant difference at the level of (α ≥ 0.01) among secondary stage students in the two groups on the creative thinking skills test in favor of the experimental group; this means that the strategy was effective in developing some of the creative thinking skills among the secondary stage students. There was a statistically significant difference at the level of (α ≥ 0.01) among secondary stage students in the two groups on tendency scale towards geography in favor of the experimental group; this means that the strategy was effective in developing the tendency towards geography among the secondary stage students.
