If an item of sociology at the high school is a new article on the fourth-graders literary has been developed in the academic year 2010/2011 and will be evaluating the performance of teachers from the fields of educational assessment mission after it became clear that calendar contribute to improving the performance and makes it capable of evolution as a process diagnostic therapeutic showing aspects teachers in their actual performance in a room teaching and because secondary gain vital that students of teenagers who described qualities private care requires accurate and accommodate their own needs as well as changes such as rapid weight gain when it debuted and a big appetite to eat and maturity sexual and because of recent trends in the preparation of teachers emphasize quest for sufficiency teacher article scientific 'and sociology in some sense, is to study the effects and human relations of mutual and controlled conditions, and the resulting findings, and the field of sociology regulates all aspects of human life in the community and all aspects of the activity that keeps people make and their presence in their struggle for survival and humanitarian epitomized the importance of research by the need to evaluate taught in high schools because the teachers of this article from multiple backgrounds as of educational and psychological sciences or from counselors and the social studies teachers. The aim of the current research is evaluating teaching sociology from the point of view of teachers in secondary schools evening in Saladin province, for the academic year 2011/2012 has dealt a researcher at the definition of the terms, including, calendar, teaching, competence, performance, and sociology. In section I (research problem and needed) in the second section the researcher research procedures, including, complex search author of (280) teacher and chosen ones stratified random sample consisting of (70) teachers formed 25% of the community overall and the search tool (resolution) included the efficiencies of faculty necessary to teach sociology at the third research collection and presentation and interpretation after that was distributed questionnaires (form note) on the sample and adopted stake (3.5) and above adequacy performance acceptable, and in the fourth section the researcher research recommendations, including a teacher outstanding courses outside the country with a view to sharing experiences to promote global teaching competence, and give professional aspect is important in setting through increased quotas social psychology and proposals to conduct a study to identify the reasons behind the poor performance in the subject of sociology in secondary school.
