The present study aims at learning: (the effect of using model (McCarthy) in collection of fifth grade students in the subject of the literary eloquence). To achieve the aims of this research the researcher, formulated the following null hypothesis. There is no statistically difference at the level of (0,05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study rhetoric material using model (McCarthy), and the average score for the control group of students who study the same article in the traditional way. The research sample was chosen by the researcher (68) students as a total number (34) students in the experimental group and (34) students in the control group. The researcher has chosen Al-Fawz Secondary School for Girls as a poem for applying the experience of the study; the researcher has rewarded the two sets of research in a number of variables (the fourth-grade literary classes, ages, education of parents and language ability). After lesson plans, the two sets of research applied researcher have been prepared the researcher accede a test, adopted the to test prepared by the researcher (Suaad Moussa Lahibi, in 2011), which consists of (30) paragraph test were all a choice of multiple, and the researcher has used the following statistical tests for two independent samples, chi square, after the end of the probationary period, which lasted the whole semester applied researcher tests on two sets of research and then addressed the very fact of statistical data to: there is difference statistically significant at the level of (0,05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying rhetoric material using model (McCarthy), and the average score for the control group students who are studying the same article in the traditional way and in favor of the experimental group. The researcher has recommended following: 1) take advantage of the teaching model proposed for teaching of rhetoric at the university level. 2) Attention should be paid to form models of teaching in particular, commensurate with the characteristics of students and the nature of the subject. The researcher proposed the following: 1) re-testing the proposed model of teaching in teaching rhetoric to students in grade one in the Arabic language departments in order to generalize the results. 2) Doing research to know the effectiveness of the proposed model in teaching other subjects in other classes.
