The aim of this research is to determine the skills of writing expression for student of six class, also build a learning program suggested by the multi instrument to improve these skills for same class. The researcher depend the description to get the first aim and to get the second aim, researcher built a learning program suggested by multi-instrument to improve the expression skills. Researchers implemented the general purposes (aims) to this suggested program, which it's consist of (13) parts and objective also they implement the behavior purposes (aims) also the methods of teaching and the learning instrument and the suggestion activities. The two tools using in this research the researcher depends on (asking list) to know the skills of each student in this class and arranges as important which it is (26) skills listed randomly, and the measurements of this skills parted into (40) parts in question for each skill 4 degree, so the final degree is 80 degree and then this program applied to study sample which had 10 weeks in two lecture in one week, one for expression and the second lecture is from Arabic languages and the two researcher applied this learning program.
