The present study aims at figuring out the impact of using formerly prepared summaries in the improvement of criticizing thinking skill for second intermediate class student in geography. The researcher used the experiment method which consists of two groups (experiment and control) the sample of the research consists of 60 students from Al-Nasaim School in Baladrooz 30 student for each group. The researcher has prepared lesson planning and examination and has tasted criticizing thinking skill. Through many variables a comparison has been made between the two groups and by using the second test the researcher has noticed that there is no statistically significant difference between the students of each group in testing the criticizing thinking. There for the two groups are considered equivalent. The results have revealed the existence of a statistically significant difference in the criticizing thinking skill between the experimental and control groups. In favor of the experimental one which has been taught by using the prepared summaries. (Published abstract)
