The study aimed to identify the administrative and Educational problems in Al-Qunfudah province Particpated School from the viewpoint of school Educational supervisors and principals. The study population consisted of all the supervisors in Al-Qunfudah province's (84 supervisors), and all principals and in Al-Qunfudah province's of (50 principals) during the second semester of the year (1430 /1431H).The researcher used a questionnaire of its development as a tool for the study, were verified sincerity and persistence statistical methods appropriate pedagogical, The results showed that the values of arithmetic averages of the responses of the population of the study on the degree of administrative problems in the schools particpated province Al-Qunfudah education from the viewpoint of the supervisors and principals were significantly . And that the values of averages to study the responses of the community about the degree of educational problems common in schools province Qunfudah education from the viewpoint of the supervisors and principals were significantly as well.
