The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of training programs in the performance development of school principals in Alkharj area from their opinion and Recognizing the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=.05) in the answers of the individuals in the study according to the study variables (Qualification - Managerial experience - number of training programs). The study followed the descriptive analytical method, and questionnaire it designed a questionnaire as a tool for studying it. The study population consisted of all the school principals of public education in Al Kharj Governorate who are about 154 school principals. After field application tool for the study and the exclusion of invalid ones got the researcher (40) identifying and representing 26% of the study population. One of the most important findings of the study: that the training programs highly effective in developing the performance of school principals and administrative to their duties. And training programs highly effective in developing the technical performance of school principals to their duties. The results also show that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05. = α) trends in the study sample on the effectiveness of training programs to develop their performance career vocabulary study variables (educational qualification, managerial experience, the number of training sessions). One of the most important recommendations of the study: to continue training programs for school principals held, to leave these cycles of positive impact on the performance of the managers of their duties. And to develop appropriate ways to enhance the effectiveness of training programs for school principals. And a periodic assessment of the level of effectiveness of training programs for school principals. And conduct prospective studies on ways to enhance the effectiveness of training programs for school principals. (Published abstract)
