The current research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of two types of Project-web based learning (Individual and collaborative) in developing skills of Designing the Electronic Books among Females prospective teachers and their attitude towards the strategy of Project-web based learning. The participants of the research included some of the female prospective teachers in Zulfi College of Education. The participants were divided into two groups. The 1st experimental group included (30) students who individually studied the target content. The 2nd experimental group included (30) students who were divided into 6 collaborative sub-groups of 5 students. Each sub-group studied the target content, complete tasks and activities, and finally produce collaboratively an e-book through following the steps of the Project-web based learning strategy. The 1st and 2nd experimental group contacted the research synchronously in chat rooms and asynchronously through forums and e-mail. The study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences on level (0.01) among average scores of the two experimental groups in the achievement test of the skills of Designing the Electronic Books among Females prospective teachers. Also, there are statistically significant differences on level (0.01) among average scores of the two experimental groups in the observation list of the skills, the quality assessment sheet of the skills of Designing the Electronic Books and the attitude scale towards the Project-Web based learning strategy among Females prospective teachers favoring the 2nd experimental group (the collaborative group). The researcher recommended using the Project web based learning strategy in general and the collaborative project-web based learning in particular and the necessity of training both pre-service and in-service teachers on designing and using the Project-web based learning strategy.
