The study aimed to identify the impact of time management among workers in Palestinian education Directorates - An applying study on Bethlehem Education Directorate as a case study, and to know the obstacles that limit the ability of workers to manage their work time and the wasted time. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the study sample consisted of (81) employees. The study showed many results, the most important are: Time is an important resource for achieving the goals of the staff. Time management contributes to improving employee performance and quality of work. Preparing and distributing plans in a timely manner by employees, which contributes to improving the performance of their tasks. Employees who accomplish their tasks are aware of the importance of investing their time. Time management training has an important role in improving employee performance and increasing their productivity. The study recommended several recommendations the most important are: Every employee should set a daily or weekly plan that will distribute his duties and duties according to his time. Training employees by holding workshops and training courses on how to manage work time. Documenting the work performed by the employee in special records that help him invest his time, especially when writing his monthly and annual reports. (Published abstract)
