هدفت الدراسة لكشف فاعلية استخدام العلاج بالرسم في خفض الألكسيثيميا لدى اللاجئات السوريات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) طالبة من اللاجئات السوريات في المدارس الأردنية في محافظة إربد في الأردن، من الصف السابع إلى الصف الحادي عشر، ووزعن عشوائيًا إلى مجموعتين متساويتين: المجموعة التجريبية شاركت في برنامج العلاج بالرسم الذي أعدته الباحثة، ومجموعة ضابطة لم تخضع لأية معالجة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ تم استخدام مقياس تورنتو للألكسيثيميا (Alexithymia Toronto scale-26). أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي في خفض مستوى الألكسيثيميا لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، حيث وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيًا تعزى للمجموعة، وكانت لصالح المجموعة الضابطة حيث كان مستوى الألكسيثيميا لديها أعلى من مستوى المجموعة التجريبية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في متوسطي درجات المقياس ككل، وعلى أبعاده أيضًا بينَ القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية، مما يشير إلى احتفاظِ المجموعة بأثرِ العلاج، وهذا يدل على استمرارية أثر البرنامج. Effectiveness of painting Therapy in Reducing Alexithymia among Syrian Female Refugees. Abstract: The purpose of the study is to investigate the effectiveness of using Art Therapy (painting) in reducing Alexithymia among Syrian refugee females. The sample of the study consisted of (30) female Syrian refugee students in Jordanian schools at Irbid governorate in Jordan from the seventh grade to the eleventh grade; assigned randomly into two equal groups: the experimental group participated in a drawing program, and a control group didn’t receive any intervention. To achieve the aims of the study the researcher administrated Alexithymia Toronto scale-26. The findings of the study indicated the effectiveness of the program in reducing Alexithymia among the sample as there were significant statistical differences attributed to group in favor of the experimental group while Alexithymia level was high among the control group.
