هدفت الدارسة التعرف إلى العلاقة بین التخطیط الاستراتیجي وفاعلیة المدارس الحكومیة من وجهة نظر (8) مدراء ومديرات، و(174) معلما ومعلمة يعملون في مدارس حكومیة في 2019، واستخدم الباحث استبان التخطیط / محافظة الزرقاء خلال العام الدراسي 2018 الاستراتیجي واستبانة فاعلیة المدرسة، وكشفت النتائج أن مستوى التخطیط الاستراتیجي ومستوى فاعلیة المدارس الحكومیة كانا مرتفعین، بینما وُجدت علاقة طردیة دالة إحصائیا بین التخطیط الاستراتیجي وفاعلیة المدارس الحكومیة. وتوصي الدراسة بعقد دورات لمدراء المدارس الحكومیة في محافظة الزرقاء لتحسین مستوى التخطیط الاستراتیجي. ‏(الملخص المنشور)

The study aimed to identify the relationship between strategic planning and the effectiveness of the schools from the point of view of (8) principals, and (174) teachers working in public schools in Zarqa Governorate during the academic year 2018/2019.The researcher used the questionnaire of strategic planning and the questionnaire of the effectiveness of the public schools. The results revealed that the level of strategic planning and the level of school effectiveness were High, while a statistically significant correlation was found between strategic planning and school effectiveness. The study recommends conducting training workshops for principals of public schools in the Zarqa governorate to improve the level of strategic planning. (Published abstract)
