هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف فاعلیة برنامج تدریبی قائم على استراتیجیات التفاعل فی تنمیة مهارات القراءة التحلیلیة والنقد الأدبی لطلبة شعبة اللغة العربیة بكلیة التربیة وأعد الباحث قائمتین أولاهما : مهارات القراءة التحلیلیة اللازمة لطلبة ـ شعبة العربیة ( السنة الرابعة) بكلیة التربیة ، والأخرى بمهارات النقد الأدبی اللازمة لهؤلاء الطلاب كما أعد الباحث برنامجا تدریبیا لتنمیة تلك المهارات وذلك فی ضوء الأسس العلمیة لإعداد البرامج التدریبیة وتضمن البرنامج التدریبی ـ فی البحث الحالی ـ أهداف البرنامج . تعلیمات التدریب وخطوات إجرائیة لاستخدام استراتیجیات التفاعل فی أثناء قراراتهم للتدریبات المتنوعة بالرنامج ، كما أعد الباحث اختبارین أحدهما فی مهارات القراءة التحلیلیة والثانی فی مهارات النقد الأدبی. وقد تم تدریس البرنامج التدریبی فی الفصل الدراسی الأول للعام الجامعی 2011 / 2012 لطلبة السنة الرابعة شعبة اللغة العربیة حیث درست المجموعة التجریبیة البرنامج التدریبی بما یتضمنه من تدریبات وأنشطة، بینما التزین لمجموعة الضابطة بما هو مقرر علیهم فی القراءة التحلیلیة والنقد الأدبی وقد تم تطبیق اختباری مهارات القراءة التحلیلیة، والنقد الأدبی قبل بدء التدریب، وعقب الانتهاء من البرنامج التدریبی، وأسفرت نتائج التطبیق عن تحسن فی ممارسة مهارات القراءة التحلیلیة والنقد الأدبی لدى طلبة المجموعة التجریبیة ، كما أوضحت النتائج أن هناك علاقة ارتباطیه طردیة بین مستوى الداء فی مهارات القراءة التحلیلیة ومستوى الأداء فی مهارات النقد الأدبی، وذلك بعد المعالجة الإحصائیة لهذین الاختبارین . The objective of this research is to know the effectiveness of a training program based on the interaction in the development of strategies and analytical reading skills and literacy criticism for the students of the Arabic Division faculty of Education, and the researcher prepared two lists one: Analytical reading skills necessary for students of the Arab Division ( Fourth year ). Faculty of Education, and other literary criticism skills necessary for these students as researcher Prepared a training Program for the development of these skills in the light of the scientific basis for the preparation of training programs, and the training program included in the current search. Objectives of the program instruction training and procedure steps to use interaction strategies during the reading of the diverse training program as the rests. One researcher prepared in the Analytical skills of reading skills and the second in literary criticism, the training program was taught in the first semen ester of the academic year 2011/2012 for the fourth year students Arabic Division where she studied experimental group training program including the promise of exercises and activities, while committed to the control group including prescribed them in the analytical reading and literary criticism has been applied to test reading skills analytical and literary criticism before the start of training. And after completion for an improvement in the practice of reading skills analytical and literary criticism have students in the experimental groupie the result also showed that there is a proportional correlation between the level of performance in reading skills and level of analytical the treatment period for these tests.
