A proposed prospective to develop the teaching performance of faculty members at Taif university in the light of the international standard ISO 9002 from the point of view of educational leaders [Article]
The current study aimed at proposing to develop the teaching performance of faculty members at Taif University in the light of the international standard ISO 9002 from the point of view of educational leaders. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was built consisting of (70) statements covering seven areas: (the commitment of administrators, the development of quality systems, the follow up of student achievement, methods of student assessment, records of quality control, quality assurance of university teaching, and identifying training needs), and the questionnaire was verified for reliability and consistency. The sample of the study consisted of (40) educational leaders, who were randomly chosen from a population of (61) educational leaders. And the sample of the study form about (65.6%) of the population of the study To answer the questions of the study, means and standard deviations were calculated. The study came up with a proposed to develop the teaching performance of faculty members at Taif University in the light of the international standard ISO 9002 from the point of view of educational leaders.
