هدف البحث الحالى إلى تعرف مستوى تحصیل مفاهیم التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة ،وتحدید مدى ممارسة أطفال الروضة لسلوكیات التربیة المدنیة،وتصمیم برنامج مقترح باستخدام اللعب التمثیلى وقیاس فعالیته فى تنمیة مفاهیم وسلوكیات التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة،وتعرف طبیعة العلاقة بین مستوى تحصیل أطفال الروضة لمفاهیم التربیة المدنیة ،وممارستهم لسلوكیاتها. وأعد الباحث الأدوات الآتیة:استبانة مفاهیم التربیة المدنیة المناسبة لأطفال الروضة ،واختبار مفاهیم التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة،وبطاقة ملاحظة سلوكیات التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة،وبرنامج مقترح باستخدام اللعب التمثیلى لتنمیة مفاهیم وسلوكیات التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة،وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفى التحلیلى الذى یعتمد على تحلیل المحتوى وتبویب المعلومات ، وتحلیل البیانات، بجانب المنهج شبه التجریبى،على عینة قوامها (50) طفلا وطفلة بریاض الأطفال ،توصل البحث إلى النتائج الاتیة:  یقل مستوى مفاهیم التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة عن درجة المتوسط على المقیاس المستخدم. یقل مستوى ممارسة سلوكیات التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة عن درجة المتوسط على المقیاس المستخدم.  یمكن تصمیم برنامج لتنمیة مفاهیم التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة باستخدام اللعب التمثیلى. یؤدى استخدام البرنامج المقترح باستخدام اللعب التمثیلى إلى تنمیة مفاهیم وسلوكیات التربیة المدنیة لدى أطفال الروضة. توجد علاقة ارتباطیة دالة بین التحصیل فى مفاهیم التربیة المدنیة وسلوكیاتها لدى أطفال الروضة. وقدم البحث مجموعة من التوصیات والبحوث المقترحة. The objective of the present research to know the level of achievement concepts of civic education for the kindergarten children, and determine the extent of the practice of kindergarten children for the behavior of civic education, and design of a proposed program using play analog and measure its effectiveness in the development of concepts and behaviors of civic education at the kindergarten children, and know the nature of the relationship between the level of the collection of kindergarten children to the concepts of civic education, and exercising behaviors. The researcher prepared the following tools: identification of the concepts of civic education appropriate for kindergarten children, and test the concepts of civic education at the kindergarten children, and note card behaviors civic education among kindergarten children, and a proposed program using playing representative for the development of concepts and behaviors of civic education at the kindergarten children, was the use of the descriptive analytical method which depends on the content analysis and classification of information, data analysis, along with quasi-experimental approach, on a sample of boys and girls in kindergarten, research has come to the following results: 1) least the level of the concepts of civic education for kindergarten children with an average score on the scale used. 2) least the level of civic education exercise behaviors among kindergarten children for an average score on the scale used. 3) can design a program for the development of the concepts of civic education at the kindergarten children using the play representative. 4) The use of the proposed program using the analog play to the development of concepts and behaviors of civic education at the kindergarten children. 5) There is a relation between Some concepts and behaviors of civic education for the kindergarten children. The research was presented a set of recommendations and proposed research. (Published abstract)
