The research aims to know the relationship between factors affecting the university dropout and habits of mind, among (130) of dropped out students at King Faisal University. The average age was (20.1) with a standard deviation (6.4). A measure of Habits of Mind and a questionnaire of university dropout were applied to them, Through the averages, standard deviations, the value of "T", the effect size "d", the correlation coefficients and multiple regression, results found that the (psychological, social, economic and educational) factors have a statistically effect on education dropout at King Faisal University, the research sample does not have many habits of mind. There is also a statistically predictable negative correlation among the factors affecting the university drop-out and some habits of mind. There is also a statistically predictable positive correlation between the overall degree of the university dropout and (find humor) habit. (Published abstract)
