The present study aims to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on the exercise of cognitive activities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of both attention and perception I have with learning disabilities of primary school students.Applied research on a sample of the total (30) students in fourth grade primary school sample test ranged in age lapsing of (110-118) months, with an average of $ (113.7) months, and a standard deviation of (2.41), ranging in IQ between (88.2 - 98.2). Was applied the following tools (a measure of the Stanford Binet Arabs of intelligence (fourth edition), translated and rationing / Egyptian Abdel Hamid Hnor(2001)-Scan Test Alenyorolojy fast:(QNST) Quick Neurological Screening Test put this test "m. Dead and others Mutti, M. et al ", (1978), and was prepared by the technique," Abdel-Wahab full "(1999), a measure estimating the behavior of the student to sort the cases of learning disabilities The pupil Rating Scale for Learning Disabilities: development of this scale," Michael Best Myklebust "(1971), The Ptribh Mostafa Mohamed Kamel "(1990) . scale attention from the preparation of the researcher, and the measure of cognitive prepared by the researcher, and the program prepared by the researcher. Results of the study: the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average times scores of the experimental group in the measurements of tribal and post tests to measure attention after implementing the program for measuring the post. There were no statistically significant at the level of (0.01) between the average times scores of the experimental group on a scale of attention in measurements dimensional and Altaatbaa. and the existence of differences statistically significant at the level of (0.01) between the average times degrees the experimental group on a scale cognition in pre and post measurements for dimensional measurement. There were no statistically significant at the level of (0.01) arranged between the average scores of the experimental group on the scale of cognition and the total score in the dimensional measurements and Altaatbaa.
