يتناول البحث تأثير المنهج الشرعي على مؤسسات التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال تناول وابراز المرتكزات الفكرية التي قام علىها، وواقع تأثيره على مؤسسات التعلىم في المملكة العربية السعودية واستخلاص أهم النتائج من خلال دراسة تأثير المنهج الشرعي في مؤسسات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ووضع تصور مقترح للمحافظة على دور المنهج الشرعي في مؤسسات التعلىم في المملكة العربية السعودية في ظل المتغيرات الدولية، ويهدف البحث إلى تحقيق الجوانب التالىة: التعرف على تأثير المنهج الشرعي في مؤسسات التعلىم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، الاستفادة من الجوانب الايجابية المرتبطة بالمنهج الشرعي في مؤسسات التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية- اليات دعم المنهج الشرعي في مؤسسات التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية وفقا للظروف الراهنة. ويعد المنهج التحليلي هو الأكثر ملائمة لهذا البحث. The study tackles the impact of the legal approach on the educational institutions in Saudi Arabia by addressing the most important intellectual foundations on which it was based, the impact of the curriculum on educational institutions in Saudi Arabia, and reach the results through a study the impact of the legal approach in the educational institutions in Saudi Arabia. In order to preserve the role of the legal curriculum in the educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of international changes, the research aims to achieve the following aspects: To identify the impact of the legal approach in the educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Positive aspects associated with the legal approach in educational institutions in Saudi Arabia -Mechanisms to support the legal approach in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to current circumstances. The research uses descriptive analytical methods. (Published abstract)
