The present study aims to identify the effectiveness of a training program for mothers in developing the skills of pre-academic I have their children with intellectual disabilities in early intervention, and formed the study sample (12) of mothers of children with intellectual disabilities and enrolled in one of the centers of early intervention in Jeddah, were divided into two experimental and a control was Mjansthm in all variables, both for the child or the mother, and the researcher used the following tools measure the Stanford – Binet intelligence (fourth image) and the measure of the extent of mother's ability to develop skills before the Academy have their children with intellectual disabilities in early intervention (prepared by the researcher) and the measure of skills is by the Academy in children with intellectual disabilities in early intervention (prepared by the researcher) and some children's toys to make sure the lack of skills of the child (prepared by the researcher) and a training program for parents to develop the skills of pre-academic I have their children with intellectual disabilities in early intervention (prepared by the researcher). The findings revealed the existence of significant differences between middle-level experimental and control groups in the telemetric. To measure the skills of pre-academic and dimensions due to the program used for the benefit of the experimental group, and the presence of significant differences between middle-level mothers in the measurements of tribal and post to measure the ability of the mother in the development of skills of pre-academic I have her mentally disabled in favor of telemetric, and the presence of significant differences between the Mediterranean degrees in the experimental group and dimensional measurements on a scale iterative pre-academic skills for the benefit of iterative measurement.
