في ظل التغيرات والتحولات العالمية المتسارعة، يمثل التعليم الجامعي أهمية كبيرة في تقدم المجتمعات ونموها، فالجامعة لا يمكن أن تؤدي دورها في التغيير بدون التفاعل بين الفرد وبيئته الاجتماعية، كون تلك العلاقة تعمل على صقل المهارات وتنمي الإبداع والابتكار لدى الفرد، نظرا لما للتعليم الجامعي من أبعاد اجتماعية واقتصادية وثقافية. من هذا المنطلق سوف نركز في هذا المقال على واقع التعليم الجامعي في الجزائر ومدى فعاليته في ظل المتغيرات المعاصرة. In the light of world transformations and rapid global changes, higher education is of great importance in the progress and growth of communities. Universities could not play a role in that change without the interaction between the individual and his social environment. In fact, this relationship plays an essential role in refining the skills and in developing the creativity of the individual. This dynamic interaction is, of course, due to the role played by universities in the fields of social, economic and cultural education. From this perspective, it will be the aim of this article to concentrate on the reality of higher education in Algeria and its effectiveness under contemporary variables. (Published abstract)
