هدف البحث التعرف على مستوى الأداء الإشرافي للمشرف التربوي الاختصاصي من وجهة نظر مدراء ومديرات المدارس الثانوية، إذ تمثلت المشكلة في الحاجة إلى تقويم الأداء لهم لوجود حالات من الضعف والشكوى لدى المدرسين فضلاً عن أهمية مثل هذه المواضيع، قامت الباحثة بتحديد مجتمع البحث الذي تكون من (264) مدير ومديرة وكانت العينة (97) فرداً وبنسبة (38%) من المجتمع، قامت الباحثة ببناء أداة خاصة بالبحث تكونت من (43) فقرة وخمسة مجالات بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها كذلك تم عرض الجانب النظري وعدد من الدراسات السابقة وخرجت الباحثة بعدة نتائج أهمها وجود مستوى جيد من الأداء الإشرافي للمشرفين وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة في متغير الشهادة، فيما ظهرت فروق ذات دلالة على مستوى الجنس لصالح الذكور، ثم وضعت الباحثة عدد من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات الخاصة بالبحث. The objective of the research is to identify the level of supervisory performance of the educational supervisor from the point of view of headmasters at secondary schools. The problem was the need to evaluate performance. A sample of (97) school headmasters was chosen to collect the needed data, they proportionate (38%) of the total community. The researcher designed a questionnaire consisted of (43) paragraphs with five areas. The results showed that there is a good level of performance among supervisors; there are no significant differences in the variable of the certificate, while there were significant differences in terms of gender for the benefit of males. The research concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
