هدفت الدراسة الى استقصاء أثر استخدام الحاسوب التعليمي بصورة فردية أو من خلال مجموعات تعاونية في التحصيل لدى طالبات الصف التاسع الأساسي في مادة الرياضيات مقارنة بالطريقة التقليدية، واعتمدت المنهج التجريبي، وتم اختيار ثلاث شعب من ثلاث مدارس، شعبتان بالطريقة القصدية وتمثلا المجموعتين التجريبيتين، والثالثة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وتمثل المجموعة الضابطة، وتم استخدام الاختبار التحصيلي كأداة للدراسة. بينت النتائج أن هنالك فارقا ذا دلالة احصائية بين متوسط علامات طالبات المجموعتين التجريبيتين مع المجموعة الضابطة على الاختبار التحصيلي البعدي لصالح المجموعتين التجريبيتين. The study aimed to investigate the effect of using the instructional computer individually or through the cooperative groups on the achievement of the ninth grade students in mathematics compared to the traditional method. The experimental method adapted three groups out of three schools were chosen, two groups of the students were applied the computer method. The control group used the simple random method, and it used the diagnostic test as tool for the study. The result showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental groups and the control group on the post-test for the two experimental groups.
