هدف الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التسلط الوالدي كما يدركه الأبناء والأمن النفسي في المرحلة العمرية من 15: 18 سنة، مع الكشف عن الفروق تبعًا للمرحلة العمرية. تعدّ الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن. طبّقت الدراسة على عينة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية في الصفوف: الأول، والثاني والثالث الثانوي، حيث بلغ عدد الطلاب (635 طالبًا وطالبة من الذكور والإناث) بالمدارس الخاصة/ لغات والمدارس الحكومية، وقد تراوحت أعمارهم بين (15-18 سنة)، بواقع (437: موزّعين 251 طالبًا، 186 طالبة من المدارس الحكومية)، (198: موزّعين 78 طالبًا، 120 طالبة من المدارس الخاصة). اعتمدت هذه الدراسة الأدوات الآتية: استمارة المستوى الاجتماعي والتعليمي للوالدين (إعداد فايزة يوسف عبدالمجيد)، مقياس التسلط الوالدي كما يدركه الأبناء (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس الأمن النفسي (إعداد الباحثة). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمّها: يوجد ارتباط سلبي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات التسلط الوالدي كما يدركه الأبناء والأمن النفسي في المرحلة العمرية من (15-18 سنة)، ولا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات التسلط الوالدي كما يدركه الأبناء من قبل (الأب- الأم) تبعًا للمرحلة العمرية من (15-18 سنة)، ولا توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الأمن النفسي تبعًا للمرحلة العمرية من (15-18 سنة). Study Objectives: Detection of the relationship between the authoritarian parenting, as understood by children and psychological security in the age group of 15-18 years, and detect whether there are differences in authoritarian parenting, as understood by children and psychological security depending on the stage of the age 15-18 years, as well as differences depending on sex (males and females). The researcher applied her study on a sample of high school students in the first, second and third secondary grades, which reached (635 male and female) in private schools, languages, and government, which ranged between 15-18 years: (437 students: 251 males, 186 females) from public schools (198 students: 78 males, 120 females) from private schools. Study Instruments: The parents social and educational level application (Fayza Yousef Abd-El Megeed’s preparation), parental authoritarianism scale as understood by children and psychological security scale (the researcher preparation). Study Results: There is a statistically significant negative correlation between the average levels of parental authoritarianism as perceived by children and psychological security in the age group 15-18 years at the level of significance 0.01, there are no differences Statistical Significance Among the average levels of parental authoritarianism as perceived by children (father- mother) according to the age range of 15-18 years, there are no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of psychological security according to the age of15-18 years.
