يعتمد هذا التقرير على مسح إلكتروني أجراه مركز الدراسات اللبنانيّة. وقد أُجري المسح بالاعتماد على معلومات تمّ جمعها من إجمالي 678 شخصًا أجاب على المسح الإلكتروني. وتشكلت غالبيّة المجيبين من أولياء الأمور (299)، يليهم الأساتذة (274)، ومن ثمّ التلاميذ (105). ويرسم التقرير الاتجاهات الرئيسة لتأثير كوفيد-19 في إمكانيّة الوصول وجودة التعليم، بالإضافة إلى تأثيرة على الأساتذة والتلاميذ وأولياء الأمور. ويوفّر التقرير، استنادًا إلى البيانات، فهمًا شاملًا لمواقع الفجوات والتحديّات الرئيسة عند القيام بالتخطيط للتعليم عن بُعد في ظروف حالات الطوارئ في لبنان والأردن وفلسطين. وأخيرًا، يقدّم التقرير عددًا من التوصيات التي يجب أن ينظر فيها صانعو السياسات والأساتذة وأولياء الأمور في سبيل الاستجابة الأفضل إلى حالات الطوارئ في المستقبل، ولا سيّما لضمان النفاذ إلى تعليم ذي جودة، مع التركيز على الفئات المهمّشة على نحو خاص. The study was conducted by information collected from a total of 678 persons who responded to an online survey. The majority were parents (299), followed by teachers (274) and (105) students. This report is based on an online survey conducted by the Centre for Lebanese Studies (CLS). It maps out main trends of the impact of COVID19- on the access and quality of education as well as the impact on teachers, students, and parents. Based on the data, the report gives an overall understanding of where the main gaps and challenges are when planning for distant education in contexts of emergencies in Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine. Finally, it gives a number of recommendations to be considered by policy makers, educators, and parents to better respond to emergencies in the future particularly to safeguard the access to quality education with a special focus on marginalised groups.
